Parents, Please take a moment and complete the Safe Routes to School (SRTS) Survey regarding your students’ mode of travel to and from school.
This survey is for parents with students in grades 3, 4, & 5. If you have more than one child in school, please submit only one survey for the oldest student. The survey asks you to check areas that affected your decision to allow your child to walk/bike to school. With this information, we are able to advance the safety education programs we bring to the schools and improve areas along walking/bike routes to your child’s school. The survey will only take a moment and does not ask for any names, however, there is a place for comments at the bottom. Thank you for your time!
